i know this sounds pretty stupid but for some reason AA reminds me of Marciano, just a rock of a man that hits like a truck, and balding a lil lol..... not style wise at all but just something else. Those knockouts have a rocky/jersey joe quality to them, just one punch and DONE, usually late in the fight. i know lol... stupid comparison but i just thought of marciano for some reason watching the clip
If you're talking about that Gevor KO, I know exactly what you mean- both are short fighters landing a short punch that has a devastating effect to a man on the ropes late in the fight. Arthur's had a number that fit that description, so it's not stupid to see a little resemblance to the Rock, who frequently left the same calling card. :thumbsup What's unfortunate for Jersey Joe and Khoren in that case is that the resemblance came in having their jaws go in one direction while the rest of their head went the other way.
he was almost decapitated, wasnt he! Most brutal ko AA has scored in his pro career up to now,but the Gevor fight was also the most demanding and toughest one of AA's past victories IMO. Gevor made the water extremely hot for AA and was ahead on points on my scorecard when AA brutally knocked him out.
