Yes. But Cotto recovers faster than anyone I've seen.

yes, the shots you don't see coming are the ones that hurt you.

He can hurt Cotto, but he is going to have to withstand Cotto's assault.

I voted yes. I think Pacquiao can hurt Cotto if he catches him right on the money when Cotto doesn't see or anticipate the punch.

I think that's an extremely valid point. Judah did next to nothing in the that fight and did all sorts of damage to Cotto in the process. Cotto seemed to be momentarily out on his feet at least three times that I counted. And this is a "prime" Cotto that we're talking about. Not the "shot" (LMAO) Cotto of today.

I say yes but what's most important is that I see Cotto being seriously cut again in that fight.

I would consider the hatton ko punch as one of pac's best shots, and if he lands something like that, i have no doubt a lot of fighters, including cotto, would be hurt, if not ko'd.

Everyone is explosive until they get hit...This is what makes the fight interesting like you said. Pacquiao hasn't been touched in his last two fights, let's see if Cotto can find him...

If he can throw that shot he knocked out Hatton with , he definitely can, that was humungous, Hatton does not have a poor chin and he was out for ages.
I think hes going to need that sort of power otherwise the stronger Cotto will walk him down eventually, I dont think Manny can just outscore him with speed, he needs to wear the stronger fighter down

How do you land something more devastating than the punch that KO'ed Hatton?!?!?!?!?!?! That's about a strong a punch you will ever see...

I'm confident that either fighter can hurt the other with their best shots. Now "who will hurt the other more" it still a question that I have yet to settle in on an answer to. My brain is just as polarized as it was when this fight was first announced.

if pac were to shave his head. he would actually look as if he is a good 2 inches shorter than cotto.

if cotto was a bit smaller and a true jww at this time, i would have favored pac a lot.

but cotto will come in at around 160 during the fight whereas pac will come in at 147 or 148 tops.

Cotto's size and power is rightfully a major concern us Pac-fans. I just don't know how he's going to handle what figures to be the hardest punches that he has ever felt in the ring. I conversely am confident that Cotto won't be able to handle Pac's power if he's tagged too many times. The judges need not show up for this one.
