Now thats great technique. Matter of fact thats boxing technique. Look at how he turns everything into that punch. The shoulders the knee's the hips. Fedor lowers his head as he comes over with the overhand right to avoid the counter left hook. And yet people complain about his boxing technique..

 

Damn, Great shot! just beat him to the punch. They need to get it on with Lesnar and put the big lug to sleep.
