Haye was the one spouting all that ****. He said he was the savior of the HW division. He said he would knock out both Klitschkos. He said he was a breath of fresh air. All of that turned out to be bull****.

Valuev isnt even a puncher. If he thinks he is going to run like that versus the big guys in the division and keep winning, while spouting utter bull**** then the fans have every right to **** on him.

Haye did run and made Val play chase. Val clearly couldnt catch up.

When Dirrell uses movement in his fight with Froch he was "running" and was "scared".

When Haye uses movement to win against Valuev he was clever and elusive.

Haye barely "hit" anything. He landed fewer punches than any fight of memory for me. I see you are a nuthugger who cant accept the truth, The guy fought an ultra conservative fight that went against everything he said. Against a slow, plodding, fairly light punching heavy. Who cares how big Valuev is?? Haye proved that he could fight with him - and hurt him - in the 12th round. The rest of the rounds he basically ran around, AVOIDING combat!!

 

Funny, I'm from the UK and 99% off people I know believe Dirrell won. In all honesty though, Haye faught a FAR better fight against Val, than Dirrell against Froch. Not only did he stick to the gameplan and execute it well, he broke his hand in the first few rounds. I'f he didn't break his hand, then maybe he can be criticized for not engaging enough.

 

In fairness, i'm from the UK and had Dirrell winning 8-4, Haye winning 7-5. I can't see how anyone can score a round for a fighter who doesn't land a punch during the round.
