Kellerman: "Cotto's not the same since Margarito and Pacquiao's too fast"

My pick is Pacquiao by SD.....

Both guys have solid chins, and people are expecting a war....I think we will see a technical boxing match....Pacquiao will be weary of the stronger bigger man cotto, and will try to use his speed and box...

Cotto in this fight is the better boxer IMO as far as technique goes....he will try to box as well, cotto can be a good counter-puncher when he wants to be.....if he trys to be an aggressor pacquiao will stop him....

At the end of the day manny's speed and activity will allow him to win a majority of rounds, but I expect moments where cotto will outobx pacquiao....

Pacquiao SD, don't be suprised if you see a draw from one of the judges scorecards....

I agree. the fast hands of Pacman will be the difference. I think it will go longer than Hatton, but eventually Pacman cuts up Cotto and stops him in about round 6.

I have yet to make a pick and quite honestly I'm struggling to rationalize a definitive choice today just the same as I was several months ago when the fight was first announced. Of course I'll be rooting for Pac who is my favorite boxer, but I should mention that on any other night against anybody else I would never root against Cotto.

Part of me would just rather sit back and enjoy the fight without making any predictions, but another part of me feels that it's indeed a responsibility, as a close follower of the sport, to make a choice. And that because I generally have an opinion on most other fights, that it would be a cop out not to have one for the biggest fight of the year.

I'll probably make an official pick a day or 2 prior to the fight after some more, (a lot more) flip flopping. :thumbsup
