The clock is ticking down and as we're still waiting, nothing else to do but talk about probably the most anticipated fight of the year

from a fans perspective, what are the things that concern you the most in this fight for the fighter you are rooting for...

For me, is the uncertainty of how the 2 extra pounds will affect Cotto, and if this fight goes into the later rounds and is held at a high pace will Cotto have enough in the tank to finish strong. So the biggest thing for me to look for will be Cotto's conditioning.

My concern is that Cotto will come in with the wrong game plan. Like he did against Margarito.

My concern is that Cotto will underestimate Pac's speed and power and get caught with something stupid...ffs fight smart and the fight is yours.

Mine's what if Cotto managed to neutralize Pac's speed like he did to Mosely! My boy better have multiple game plans against Miguel!

I don't really care who wins. I just hope the better fighter wins unlike Valouev/Haye Don King fake fight.

that is what concerns you most? I can think of a lot of other things you should be more concerned about, all involving his opponent. And its one extra pound from what he last weighed in at.

If you analyze closely this fight and look for potential problems that may present themselves from the match up/styles, one big concern for Cotto is conditioning. in just about all his fights when he threw leather, he got the best of the other guy, the problems came whenever he stopped throwing leather, when he coasted or was fatigued and went backwards. Combine that with the fact that Pacquiao fights at a high, active pace, and is anticipated to use a lot of movement in this fight, raises a valid concern I believe. With regards to Pacs speed and boxing, I am confident Miguel can more than handle himself and certainly give Pacquiao problems if he so wishes to trade an box. But I know Pacquiao is not going to want to trade with him and will try to gas Miguel out with a lot of movement to take advantage later in the fight, this is something I think they have to be prepared for which I do believe they will be, but you just never know sometimes 1-2 pounds can really affect a guy when pushing the body.

Pac if he is really focused on this fight and not off in la la land concerning himself with other things.

Cotto, how he is with weight and if he's not cutting too much or too strained.

    Neither.

I've grown to like Cotto a bit more than before.

Although I'm a big fan of Pac. I just really look forward to a good fight.

Honestly though, these *******s have really pissed me off with the nut hugging. I might find myself cheering for Cotto.

can manny 'swim without getting wet' and weather cottos early onslaught along with those vicious body shots that eventually pay dividends in the championship rounds.
