Dirrell is a amazing talent who is getting rushed way to fast, first froch for dirrell then arthur there going to ruin him, look what happend to lacy, reid and vargas all got rushed! shaw should learn he co managed vargas and lacy so he more than any one should know about a fighting being ruined early on.

No i think he's looking for a way to pick up the belt . if he has a belt it'll be harder for AA to win a decision in the US

If he's and Shaw are going to pull this crap, then maybe Dirrell and not Taylor should be kicked from the Tournament. This a real little ***** move. He will have another chance at Froch if he plays by the rules of this tourney.

The human psyche is a multi -layered affair...on the surface of their egos, most boxers appear so confident. Foreman seemed as fearsome as any fighter ever, yet he admitted he was afraid of Frazier. Dirrell fought like he was scared of Froch, despite his vastly superior talent.

I really hope the super six doesnt all get mucked up because dirrell and team want a rematch with Froch...... just go on through the tournament, and rematch him afterwards. There will be close fights throughout this tournament as all are top fighters, cant be having 3 fights each (because if dirrell beat froch in a rematch, then its only fair to let them fight again) each time a fighter thinks he won the decision.

I have no problem with doing three fights if thats how its supposed to be and Super Six changes it to that way, but otherwise just go on with the show and get your rematch later. I know thats hard to hear but they knew how it would be when they joined this thing, every fighter gets a decision that goes against them that they feel they won at some point in time ( most fighters)

and im all for super six changing it to every fight has 3 fights, with maybe 1 1/2 months in between each fight, that way the fighters have 3 chances against eachother to make their point, or if they come up with a system that has an immediate rematch (1 1/2 months after) in a controversial decision. but then they need to do that for everyone and they need to put it in the rules.

otherwise, the show must go on.

As for Dirrell and AA, i actually think Dirrells speed and movement (if he does less falling, whining and complaining this time) will give AA more then a few problems, and i wouldnt be suprised if he won. I think AA will find it hard to land flush, and i think Dirrell will really shine in this fight.

is there a date for the next round of super 6 or no?

again, i would like the show to go on as planned, with perhaps them saying that dirrell and froch have to rematch after the tournament.

or like i said, put a 3 fight stipulation in for everyone should there be a controversial decision, but i think if other fights are close down the stretch, of course fighters are going to think they won the fight, thats the nature of the game.

But yes, i think it would be cool to have those 3 fights.... and would clear up a lot of messes.

anyone know if round 2 has been scheduled yet?

he need not worry about decisions....cuzz when Abraham lands, its lights out

but with that said.....nah, i agree with him, just think he wants a belt, every young fighter does right?

Holyfield fought Qawi in his 11th pro fight. Great fighters rise above.
