Chad Dawson vs Jean Pascal

I'd go for Dawson, pretty easily. Would be a lot better than his usual fights though.

 

No idea, because Pascal would get Dawson out of his comfort zone and make him fight. Pascal gets too wild, so I would favour a Dawson decision.

I still say dawsons chin is suspect.

If pascal catches him he will be on chicken legs.

 

Dawson. Pascal is small and short for a LHW.

Chad boxes him from range and wins a (boring) decision.

 

Chad Dawson definitely is the better boxer between the 2. I'm sure Jean can hurt Dawson though and he does have a very good left hook that could seriously tag Dawson the Southpaw...

YOu know for all his blattantly clear talent Pascal looks very crued at times. In addition to having a pretty significant size advantage Dawson's fundemental's game can be second to none and he's already fought a better fighter in Adamek. Allegedly Dawson has had some lacluster performances because of boardom. A fight agaisnt an exciting popular young fighter would be more then enough to keep him interested. I als think Pascal's energy level will challenge dawson just enough to bring the best out him. I'm one of pascal's biggest supporters but I think Dawson can get him out of there in 9 rounds or less.

 

yep. i actually met pascal and was shocked at how short he was. i'm jsut over 6 1 and pretty much towered over pascal. but man that guys is freaking solid. have to pick dawson on this, though i agree pascal's speed would be impressive. but chad would keep him at range.
