Pac def. has proven a great chin, but to say he can take Cotto's punches is just stupid....and to say Cotto doesn't have much of chin, is even worse

he's been in with some of the best punchers from 140-147:

and he has only been dropped once in his career, and even then it was actually a push and wasn't all that legit, so to say he doesn't have much of a chin is just pure ignorance...

also you're drastically underrating both Cotto's speed and timing, also speedy guys are not foreign territory for him...he's been in with plenty of quick fighters:

so i have no reason to believe Cotto can't handle his speed or power in all honesty.....which is why i dont understand why people think Cotto will get blown out early

in fact i think it's the opposite, Cotto's power and handspeed will be something new for Pac in the higher weightclasses, neither DLH, Hatton, or Diaz had it....

of course Barrera did but, Cotto's much larger then him....so it's a completely different story

I could see this fight going any number of ways. This fight is really great to me for that reason. Picking a winner is not easy. I like both of these guys. Even though Manny really has no business in the ring with a true top welterweight like Miguel Cotto, I still think he can win this fight. I think Manny will have to box/fight the perfect fight to win. This isn't De La Hoya he is fighting. Cotto has a good, but not great defense. He can box well. He is nowhere near as fast as Manny, but bigger and stronger. Can Manny knock Cotto out? I think so. Will he? I think Pacquiao W12. Could Cotto knock Pacquiao out? I could see him being too big for Manny and breaking him down late. Do I think that will happen? No. I'm still picking Manny. Pacquiao W 12.

 

i cant c pac trading punches w miguel and just running around the ring w miguel hunting him, but if pac cuts miguel and he go to the kill, is very posible that miguel knock pac out, just ask clottey why he dont do it...

 

I will give Cotto mad props if he beats Pac. But it ain't gonna happen so I hope the 210 people who voted Cotto are gonna be here giving props to the Pacman on Sunday morning!
