Thats how i see it too. And Miranda did hit him with a long left hook, and some strait right hands. What Kessler's does best.

But the main thing is Wards defense and his footwork. Ward seems very passive under pressure. Miranda seemed to back him up against the ropes, didn't hit much, but Kessler will..............

There are some major similarities, but Ward does have a much higher workrate and switch hits. I do think Ward is a tick better than Mundine, but I still don't think Kessler will have many problems with Ward, KO or no KO. Ward will fight too cautiously for Kessler to get the KO, IMO, but Kessler should be able to win something like 116-112.

Absolutely - check out a fight like him against Arthur Allen (I think this is the one) where a guy basically tries to run from him throughout the fight and still gets owned.

You are an ignorant fool who is obviously not paying attention if you are comparing Ward to Mundine. You have much to learn.

Not only does that seem fair, but it seems like a hell of an idea.

And then November 22nd wil come, Ward will beat Kessler by late stoppage, and we'll never hear from you again.

This fight will SURELY be determined on points.

Kessler has never stopped a fast fighter and Ward just doesn't have what it takes to stop Kessler.

    So -

Since the fight WILL end on points who will win?

Hmm... I think it will be a very even fight - which Kessler being the champion and more experienced fighter will probably win by a hair fine margin.

In all fairness Mundine DOES have similar natural abilities to Ward. I don't think Ward is faster or has better reflexes.

However, Ward is most likely a far tougher opponent for Kessler because Ward has some important things Mundine didn't have:

Ward is far better schooled than Mundine. Mundine has virtually no amateur background and is technically not that good.

Ward is as tall and has as much reach as Kessler. Mundine is shorter and has less reach - which meant that he couldn't use his speed advantage for much.

Not trying to prove anything - just showing a nice little boxing video to other fans.

Yes, thanks. I was surprised by how much people compared a polished fighter like Ward to a fighter several classes lower like Mundine. Isn't that kind of insulting to Ward? Or is it just people not really paying attention or recognizing the intricate things that make people superstars in boxing?

What is your take on Wards defense?

For me it seems, that his moves back with out throwing punches and lacks good footworks. Even Miranda hat him court by the ropes or in the corner.

Ward seems to have problems with pressure - Kessler loves to put on pressure !
