Boytsov can be very fast in spurs, but he needs to let his hands go first and he's somewhat reluctant with that.

If you take into account the power of the punch, then i's got to be Wlad - very good handspeed for a big powerful fighter.
Another big guy who has good handspeed is Solis, who I think has got the power and boxing skills to beat the Klitschkos but he lacks in conditioning due to his excessive weight. If he can get in shape, he'll become World Champion

It's really hard to determine handspeed, a boxer really has fast hands or they don't. But Chambers is definitely top 5.

Chambers does not throw arm punches at all. Chambers throws sharp, fast accurate punches. In other words Chambers puts a lot of snap in his punches at a very fast rate.

    Vitali and Vlad.

Povetkin beat Chambers. Haye is a coward and proved it when he backed out of a fight with Vlad, faked an injury, could not prove it. Haye then backed out of a fight with Vitali. Haye knows Vitali or Vlad would knock him out. Haye ran like Hell from Valoeuv knowing he had the judges. Why did Haye sign with Don King? Why?

Chambers probably. Haye has quick hands also.

Haye showed how fast he can run when he ran from Vlad, then Vitali. When he got into the ring with Valouev he ran like Hell. Jim Watt was correct.

Read the thread, clown, why do you ruin every thread with your dumb phrases again and again ? If you have nothing to say belonged to a thread, then simply do not post. It will make the thread much better to read.

When I watch a fight I want to see fighting, not one fighter running and the other punching. I want to see both. Chagaev actually beat Valouev, Haye just ran. What if both Valouev and Haye ran?

I've got to believe a lot of nominations for Chambers are because of succesful marketing. I don't see him vein that fast at all. He has above average speed but Haye belongs alongside Patterson, Tyson and the likes of them. Chambers has decent hands but if he dropped the "Fast" from his nickname, he wouldn't have so many nominations here. Pure marketing.

It's Haye by quite a long way. Hes the only heavyweight I see as being exceptionally fast.

Chambers is not that fast with his feet, but his hands are really quick. Watch his fights, then you will see.
