VIVA LA PUERTO RICO! I'm not even Puerto Rican haha, and yes I am going for Cotto. Puerto Rico is a nice country though, and it really doesn't have to do with ethnicity/nationality for me. But I always stick with my fellow Italian/Sicilian boxers AKA Paulie Malignaggi when he fights. It's a natural inclination (I also think he's funny and a good showman).

War Cotto! I hope for an awesome fight first and foremost, though.

Fellow islanders shouldnt disrespect each other's home country.

Pearl of the orient wishes to say to the island of enchantment, may the better team win.

Thanksgiving is coming early. After snacking on Mayweather leftovers his last couple of fights, Pac is going to have himself a Cotto feast on the 14th. Don't worry Cotto fans, Cotto won't go hungry. Pac is going to start the eveing off by opening up a giant can of whoop ass. Cotto will also be served a steady diet of leather. After Cotto eats plenty of leather for about 7 or 8 rounds, Pac is going to end the night by introducing Cotto to a nice, fat slice of canvas. I hope the paramedics come prepared with plenty of donated blood. Cotto is going to need a transfusion after all the blood he loses in this fight. Pac will also be serving turkey to the fans after the fight. He won't need to bring his own gravy though. He can just cut open Brian and plenty of gravy will come pouring out. Enjoy the fight everyone.:good

Im no Puerto Rican but am the the loyalest Trinidad fan. I like both but not one more than the other. Cotto can box going forward and backwards, once Pac takes a backwards step it will be over.

I didn't say supporting being proud of your race and supporting your fighter because he is the same race is being racist. I was explaining to the other guy that people on ESB make racist comments, and was try to re-assure him that the particular comments I made weren't intended to be racist. You need to thoroughly read each comments before you make some assumptions. And I'm not insecure. It's just that Puerto Ricans can't cheer for a Puerto Rican fighter without all the "viva PR" hoopla. Just root for the guy. No need to wave your flag in my face, and go on and on about how he is doing it for all the Boricuas. That's why Pacquiao's fans are black, white, asian, and whatever else, and Cotto's fans are...Latino.
