knows Cotto cant win on saturday. a few things of note that i take into account to make this prediction..

    - Perhaps most importantly, Cotto doesnt have the best chin. He took all those shots from Margo but those are shots you see coming and while they wont knock you out they will bruise you and hurt you physically in a bad way the kind of way that prolongs the pain and destroys a part of you as a fighter. As has been said in boxing its the shots you dont see coming that bother you and thats what Pac brings. I expect Pac to look his best after becoming accustomed to fighting around the 140s and training like he always does with such intensity. ...Cotto doesnt take countershots well...

    - Better footwork? Cotto has never been known for his footwork and theres a reason... he doesnt really have any.. Pacquiao has the advantage of better footwork and stronger legs.

    - Cottos defense. Cottos leaky defense will be exploited and picked apart by a sharpshooter like Pacquiao. Pacquiao has not only speed and power but precise and accurate speed and power.

    - Lastly, I question who really is the stronger fighter... I think Pac is able to match Cotto in strength but I dont think itll come to that. Pacquiao will pick Cotto apart and Cotto will be left swinging at the air.

Pacquiao technical knockout in a nice style as always

people who pick Cotto to win look at his strengths but fail to look at Pacquiaos strengths too

Threads starting with "Anyone who knows boxing... " and so implying that anyone who isn´t your oppinion has no clue about boxing are just stupid.

Even if what you are saying afterwards makes sense you take much away fron your thread...

I think it will be a competative fight because Cotto is no Hatton, he is head and shoulders above the Hitman. ...but I think that the Pacman might really be too much for Miguel. I guess we have to wait and see. :)

I don´t really care who wins...but I think Cotto is a fairly basic boxer...hes a warrior and he can punch, but besides that there is nothing spectacular about him. If Pacquiao´s chin can take Cotto´s punches then there is no way he can loose this fight.

Only way Cotto wins is if he fights a disciplined boxing match...but even then I can see Pacquiao breaking through Cottos boxing abilities and breaking him down... if Cotto comes forward his leaky defense will leave him open for a Pacquiao shot...either way Cotto's ****ed but definitley has a better chance playing it safe with his boxing and jabbing the **** out of Pac

I'm hoping for a MP win also, but remember that anyone who knows boxing knew that Douglas cant win against Tyson.

And Cotto's not the huge underdog here, as far as I am concerned.

I dont care what the betting places say.

this fight is just all wrong for Cotto...Cotto has problems with boxers and speed guys...and Pacquiao = speed

    I'm picking pacquiao on points....

I think it will go the distance, cotto has a very good chin, remember he took a knee against margo after accumulation of punishment.....I don't think he is going to go down from one flush shot.....

The difference in the fight will be activity, cotto is not a very active fighter, and pacquiao is......if it goes to the cards I just dont see miguel winning a decision....his ONLY way of winning is by KO....

    Pacquiao 116-112

Cotto can lose all rounds, entering the 12th, but he can still win it with one big shot.

Just one great punch will turn it all around.
