Hatton wants a fight with Cotto, if he beats Manny

    "If Cotto wins, I don't see any reason why I wouldn't fancy a fight with him.

    "I've faced the best pound-for-pound fighters in Floyd Mayweather and Pacquiao, so I've never shied away from a challenge.

    I guess he wants to get his fat ass knocked out AGAIN.

    I see this happening more if Manny beats Cotto to be honest. Cotto stops Hatton though.

    I seen & said this along time ago...
    & judging by Arum, I'd bet he get's a fight with Hatton made just to spite Mayweather.
    (Unless May & GB take Hatton first, Offer him a payday Vs. May/JMM)

    Obviously Ricky still thinks the P4P Title is a real belt which can be won in a fight like any other title.

    I like Ricky as a guy and I appreciate what he's done for boxing in Britain but it seems obvious to just about everyone except him that its time to retire.

    In the almost unthinkable event this fight happens, Cotto by stoppage.

    I have always said (minority opinion) that a prime hatton vs a cotto 140 version, had the makings of a great fight.....but now cotto stops him...

    Hatton still has something in the tank but cotto is not the fight he needs i see a massacre. fight a small puncher then go after mayweather and call it a day

    That's madness,what has Hatton done to deserve the fight?He needs to get a win on his back before he rolls in with the elite.If Cotto wins,Floyd will fight him and double Cotto's guaranteed purse to $8m.

    This P4P thing is total BS.

    Cotto beating Manny most likely won't make him the P4P #1 - he struggled like hell with Clottey and was stopped by Margarito last year.

    Hatton also conveniently forgets that he was well and truly owned by both Floyd and Pacquiao...... and only defeated two pretty average guys inbetween.

    Retire - you stupid ****.

    If Hatton happens to last a few rounds he likely takes the worst beating of his life against Cotto right before he gets knocked the **** out, again.

    I think it's prety obvious Hatton is just looking to make money now by fighting the best p4p fighters in the world and I'm not sure Hatton really deserved another shot at a big name fighter right now. All he's done is serve as a human punching bag lately.

    :lol:It is silly. It must be spreading as well because didn't Mosley come out with it as well and I'm sure there was another boxer.

    He probably got asked about the fight and casually said he would like to face him. People seem to nitpick on every Hatton comment.
