Toss-up, though I think Vargas may edge Moore in a thriller in 12, though Moore may take the 15.

This would be a war and it would be a pretty even match for most of the fight, but a prime Vargas brought a little more to the Ring than Moore. Vargas has become underrated because of his losses, but people forget he only lost to ATG. Vargas was even past it in Mosley I but he still fought him on even terms before the stoppage. I see Vargas stopping Moore in 10 rounds in a great fight, this time his resolve guides him to Victory.

A tough war, but Moore was the bigger puncher, with better offensive skills and handspeed.Nothing in Vargas arsenal comes close to Moore's right hand.
Moore would beat him to the punch in combination and gradually wear him down in a classic.

Moore had some serious work to do defensively(though it was no worse than Nando's) and in overall ring generalship, whereas Vaegas was a bit more rounded but not as talented and pretty slow.He doesn't exploit Moore's flaws imo.

I would give the edge in power to Moore, but Vargas's hand speed is better than most people give him credit for,Vargas has the better boxing skills and the intagibiles on his side. Vargas was a pretty well rounded offensive fighter.
