Tyson and Bowe are the only fighters in history that went in and out of their primes numerous times in their careers, if they lost a round in a fight they weren't prime, if they KO'd the guy the round after, they were in their primes again.

 

a very hypocritical statement as you have gone above and beyond in the past to defend both klitschkos losses. i may make some excuses for tyson, but im not gonna re-write history, tyson did get his ass kicked when he lost. you just cant admit that with the klitschkos, which makes you look twice as pathetic as anyone who defends tyson.

 

Do you mean like the uppercuts Lewis landed that had the older Klit holding on to Lennox like he was his long lost Dad? And Lewis was only throwing one punch @ a time. Prime Tyson put them together.

VK might fight tall but Prime Mike was a HELLACIOUS body puncher.

Byrd was far behind when VK retired due to injury. An injury that required surgery in case you thought it was made up. Nobody is foolish enough to go under the knife without serious reason to do so.

In fact that fight is the only basis for the belief that Vitali is a quitter. A torn rotator cuff is extremely painful & if he continued to fight he may have lost the ability to be where he's at today. That's the part that really pisses you off. You wanted him to go out on his shield and **** away his boxing future to impress you? I think he made the correct decision in retrospect don't you?
