He was obviously weight drained CB, as a huge fan you should see this clearly. Pac was outstanding even moreso against Hatton but don't tell me Oscar was anywhere near his physical best.

Pac doesn't look great at the weigh in tbh. Hes definitely had a bad camp as well.

Cotto at 3.70 on Betfair, got to be worth a flutter that.

I've just put a bet on Cotto after the situation finally became too tempting.

Don't get me wrong any man could win this fight, however just like Bernard Hopkins vs Trinidad, I think the betting odds here are far more about hype and momentum rather than which man has the tools to win.
Looking at the facts its hard to understand how Cotto could be such a massive underdog after beating the blazing fast Judah, the extremely skilled and fast Mosely the well skilled and fast paced Malignagi as well as the very strong Clottey all in recent years.
In his sole loss to Margarito, things were very close up to the stoppage and the loaded gloves have to be considered a factor.
Apart from that, Margarito and Pac are as far apart as fighters can be, relying on completely opposite attributes to get the win.

While Pac has been on an enormous roll of late his win against Hatton is the only one that has any bearing whatsoever on this fight.

In many ways I'd love to see Pac win as he seems like such a champ and carries his status of Phillipino hero with such pride, however it's likely Cotto will be simply too much, too strong and wear him down.
I think risking $200 to walk away with $750 has never been a better bet.

yea pretty good analogy , this fight has got me baffled as to who will win.
It was like calzaghe and hopkins, I just couldn't pick a winner, and that ended up being a split decision.
Actually I'll say split decision today.

Definitely any man could take it.
Given that, I am amazed there are enough people out there willing to risk $1000 on Pac just to make $300. If they didn't exist, I couldn't have placed my bet.

You'd have to be a bit deluded to think he was that sure a favourite to win at such short odds. I wonder if anyone here will fess up to placing a bet on him.

I think Pac takes it...He stops Miguel in the 10th once the pace takes its toll.

But Ive decided Ill be rooting for Cotto...He is one of my favs, my 2nd fav outside of Manny, and he is the underdog.

Love to see you get up aswell kflex....Im sweating on a multi thats going to pay near $500 off a $20 outlay.

Wow, what a fighter Pac is!

The irony is that although most people in the know expected the fight to be very close (as opposed to the casual fan) the fight ended up reasonably one sided.
Unfortunately for me, the odds were about spot on, that's about as one sided as a 3 - 1 betting fight should be.

Where now to Pac then, the little guy just keeps on winning, looking stronger and stronger each time out.

The test of a true P4P champ IMO is to defeat guys who are naturally bigger, adapting your skill set and continuing to seek out challenges. No one does this better than Pac, the Mayweather fight (or any other) I'll never call a joke again.
