Unbelievable last night, still buzzing today about it. I said before the fight that if Pac can beat Cotto then he is an ATG. He just beat one of the most feared guys at Welterweight ... what does a win over Mosley mean that a win over Cotto doesn't?

The only discussion now is where is he placed in all time top 100.

Pacquaio was simply outstanding last night and threw my pre fight prediction down the toilet (I backed Cotto to stop him in the 9th/10th). I honestly did'nt think he would be able to handle Cotto's power but he never looked troubled at all in the fight and his punching speed and accuracy was out of this world.

Pacquiao v Floyd Mayweather Jnr has to happen now.

I think people are just saying that a fight with Mosley would be the most exciting next fight out there for Pacquiao. Whoever he does fight next will be intriguing anyway.

Thankfully, Sky have now put post-fight videos of Roach and Pacquiao up:

Also, this post-fight interview with Brian Kenny is brilliant:

    :good

Just amazing, and to think a couple of years back I was genuinely pissed off that Pac and Calzaghe were considered in the top 3 p4p.... the guys amazing. Regardless of if he loses his next 30 fights.

I am still in awe, the man is a marvel. He has great wins from Sasakul at Flyweight to Cotto at Welterweight :nut.

As someone said in the classic today, if he was fighting in the early 1900's and the only film of him was black and white people today would be saying he's top 10/20 of all time.

Manny is so special. The only fight that matters now is Floyd-pac.

This was at the post fight conference, source SecondsOut:

    * HBO boss Ross Greenberg said that he received a phone call from Richard Schaefer and he said to tell Bob Arum he’ll get a call on Monday to start talks about Manny Pacquiao fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr

    Make the fight!!!

Thanks for the links. I think we know which bit Mayweather will latch on to though.

    I agree with Jeff.

Wasn't 100% sold on him until last night - but WOW!

Still think Floyd would take him though...... but you can't hold that against him!

I think, after last night, a strong case can be made for Pac beating Floyd now. We all know Floyd doesn't trade punches, so standing with Pac wouldn't be an option. With that level of intensity from Pac, Floyd could end up being so negative he loses a decision.

I'm stunned tbh, maybe we'll see Hatton Cotto now though?

If Cotto fights again I'd rather him fight Margo again, after a long rest.

I don't think Manny would come off well with Floyd if he trades. Floyd is the best all rounder in the game today, whether you like him or not. I hope he fights Manny - it would be a genuine showcase of elites.

Won't be a problem, as Floyd doesn't trade.
