Cotto looked amazing in the first few rounds and also hurt Manny Pacquiao in the early to mid rounds. During the interview after the fight Manny's right ear looked messed up.

Hatton, shut the hell up, you did not hurt Manny but Cotto did.

Check out his interview with Brian Kenny, his ears are covered.

Of course he hurt him but Im telling you , in some instance he let him hurt him. Look I bet alot ..ALOT of money on Cotto but I knew I was in trouble when PAC lunged against a tremendous Cotto left hook and he didnt flinch, that blew my mind.

My point is, I have no excuses for Cotto losing, he was in his peak condition and can bang. Manny was a better fighter last night. Congrat to Manny Pacquiao. :good

That bandage was applying compression so his right ear doesn't permanently look like the back of a spoon.

Pac LET Cotto hit him in the earlier rounds. He said after the fight in interviews that he wanted to test Cotto's power and took shots on purpose in the head and body. Once he realized that Cotto COULD NOT HURT HIM, it was game on.

Cotto did hurt Pacquiao. I saw it. He stood on his toe at the weigh-in.

Pac took a huge left hook to the head in the 2nd round. I'm pretty sure that's the punch that gave him cauliflower ear.

Cotto definitely shook Pac a few times early on, nothing serious, but you could tell Cotto's power got Manny's attention.

However, Manny didn't let up and it looked as though it sapped Cotto's power after a few rounds.

A tremendous fight, kudos to both guys.

Yea Pac was sligtly hurt a few times, imn round 3 he was wobbled and I think it was round 4 or 5 Cotto snapped his head back.

He also was very bruised, he didnt look too bruised in the ring but in the interview with brian kenny he is bruised bad, i have rarely seen him look so bruised before.

In retrospect this is what I wanted to happen, I wanted Manny to have a more difficult fight. ODLH and Hatton came in too easy and a lot of people dismiss his win and made excuses for their opponents.

Pac said he felt Cotto's power. The punches hurt (they were painful) but they didn't hurt (take him out of game plan) him.

If Cotto had been able to keep hurting Pac like he did the first few rounds then he had a chance. Pac took the air out of the tires all credit to him. Its amazing Pac can step up and take shots from a welterweight.

Pacquiao said that Cotto's body punches hurt him but he couldn't let that show in order to keep a mental edge. Great fight last night. Both fighters were at their very best but Pac man was just too much.

Cotto whoops Margarito on an even playing field 9 times out of 10.
