floyd will get what Cotto got

there's no escape for floyd. he actually ducked Cotto (Merchant: will you fight Cotto? I will retire from boxing before boxing retires me.") and after seeing the beating Cotto got from Pac, floyd will never fight Pac. He knows he'd get the same beating. Floyd does not have the power or the combinations to hold off Pac who is on you like a piranha, just relentless. floyd has nothing to get the respect of Pac, nothing. floyd is doomed with his lightweight pots shots and smoke and mirror skills which work against slow footed 36 yr olds. his only escape is to duck Pac which he will do, blaming the purse split and Arum.

Pac is just a super human freak of nature with the inspiration of millions. floyd is just a talented manufactured (with handpicks) hugely overrated fraud who lacks the courage and confidence to face the best.

Floyd is scared and it would look worse then the Hatton beat down.

Look for Floyd to retire again

    I disagree.

I think floyd will get a much worse beat down than what cotto got. Floyds whole bag is speed, punch and move. He will be in with a guy that punches all the time, that hits harder, and is actually faster. Once floyd realizes that he is in a fight with a guy a leaugue or two above him, he will fall apart and then really get F'cked up.

Floyd will find a way not to fight Pac.

    The fight will never happen.

It is this kind of thinking that will lead to Vegas favoring Pac against Floyd, and it will be easy money to make if you are not totally drinking the Pac kool-aid. If you think for one minute that Pac will batter PBF like that, then you will be riding on emotion. PBF is a counter-puncher from hell, who won't be available for those jump-in hooks and lead lefts from Pac, yet will blast him all night. No way PBF ducks Manny with this kind of money on the table and a chance to cement his legacy. This is playing out the way PBF wanted it to and he will derail Pac.

but fight is 50/50. anyone who believes that pac has no chance against floyd is either a millionaire becuz they have bet all there savings on floyd in his last 3 fights or just a plain hater.

personally i think floud wins a decsion but he bleeds and has the hardest fight of his career. it'l be like fighting hatton, marquez dela hoya all onthe same nyt

floyds also been fighting mickey mouse and goofy in his career whereas pacs beaten the best. For a natural super featherweight to dismantle cotto, a nautral WW like he did was immense. I see Pac beating floyd convincingly, too fast, too powerful, too strong. As for floyd its only his defence that is worth noting. Having said that his defence is pin perfect and extremely difficult to get through. Pac has the bting of him though

Which will be Floyd's main argument as to why he is beter than Pac. Regardless of whether the fight takes place or not. Although i really hope it does.. i know purse/arum difficulties could well prevent it.

I wouldn't write Floyd off this early though.. although i will back Pac, Floyd has a 5" bigger reach than Cotto and better guard.

Floyd wins and makes it looks easy in doing so.

Why would Floyd fight Pacquiao and lose when he can fight Hatton again and win?:nut Floyd gotta make that money man, that's all his fans care about, he's not a boxer, he's a businessman and doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as Pacquiao unless he finds his balls and fights him.

I certainly hope it takes place as well.floyd has been labeled the best pound for pound fighter and its his chance to prove it.

Floyd has not fought anyone on Pac level, Pac is a solid WW champ. Floyd is scared of true welterweights.
I think it would be a walk in the park for Pac.
