How many times can Pacquiao prove me wrong ?

I can honestly say I've never been happier losing money (I had Cotto by stoppage) as last night we witnessed a great fighter turn into a legend. Pacquiao has absolutely no right being at Welterweight and fighting these guys yet he does it, and defies logic every single time.

At this point I'd like to let it be known that:

    A. Cotto is a ****ing bad ass fighter and I hope he punches Margarito's teeth out if they have a rematch. He had the balls to step in the ring with Pacquiao and gave it his all.

    B. Pacquiao has proven that he has a great chance at beating PBF and if he doesnt, hell, the fact that we are even talking about Pac having a chance at winning is why he's so great in the first place.

    C. Mayweather can KO Pac in the first round but what Manny has achieved Mayweather will never surpass and we can safely say that Manny is the greatest fighter since Sweet Pea and Roy Jones and NOT Pbf.

All the arguements over the last couple of years with all the *******s, Ph|LLA, Dinamita etc etc........I am man enough to admit I was wrong.

Let's hope we see either Pac vs Mosley or Pac vs PBF next, and despite that fact that everything I've ever known would tell me to bet on Shane or Floyd I think I'll be keeping my money in my pockets this time.

Well done Miguel and Manny for putting boxing back at the top !

Okay.......but please don't go from one side to way overboard on the other.

Pac is a freak (in the nicest possible sense of the word) and last night proved that he is a modern day great and will go down in history as one of the mist impressive fighters ever.

But if Floyd knocks him out in one round, I think Mayweather just proves what he's been saying all along that he is a truly special fighter.

Why because we would have been raving about Manny being so dominant and then May steps up and obliterates him, you'd have to see that as pretty special.

Although based on the DLH/Hatton fights I didnt dare bet against Manny this time.

Mayweather will end his career undefeated...even after he fights PAC, so no, your wrong.

(plus, I say this as a guy who can't stand Floyd and would love to see him KTFO)

Pac was ahead of Floyd BEFORE last night. Last night just added to the separation.

Lol. Nice try. Floyd whoops Manny's ass in the ring. there is no way you can try and argue that Manny is still somehow above him.

LOL at the bolded statement. If a heavy handed Cotto can't KO Pac. What makes you think that Floyd can KO Pacquiao in the first round?

The first 7-time champion, beat a TRUE welterweight, he killed two birds with one stone.

whoever wins their fight is greater. they're both at their physical peaks and looking strong at 147. Pac is a naturalk welter now. No excuses, whoever wins is greater

^Correct, that's why we have fights, to see who is the best. now if we're doing a list on who was beaten more quality opponents over there careers as being the criteria for an ATG list than your point is taken as possible . If we're asking BASED upon these guys careers, who do you think would be the better boxer if they fought at the same weight, well direct competition, is the clearest answer to that one way or another and usurps past fights(assuming these guys are fighting each other in their primes).
