Good question... No one has been tagging Pacman since JMM prior to last night.

Yesterday, it was mainly Cotto's jab that hit its target all night and normally jabs will puff up around the eyes, rarely cut someone openly unless there's a big accumulation of them.

Cotto's right hand upstairs was practically irrelevant in the fight....He barely solidly connected with it upstairs...

But...we hadn't seen Pacman's face like that since JMM II anyways...

 

Pac is Amazing but U have to look a lil deeper. Marquez is the best counter puncher in the world(tied with b-hop) cotto is not! Marquez is two times faster then cotto and can make split second movements to counter, cotto can not! I picked paq to KO cotto in round 7 cause I seen all these things but saying he can beat Mosley right now would be hard for me to swallow. Mosley has more will then cotto, better chin then cotto and, to me, hits hard then cotto when flush shots land. Mosley with the help of nazeem is a different animal then with his father. Paq-mosley is the fight I wanna see and remember the guy that destroyed cotto got destroyed by mosley and why would that be so hard for it to happen again. In closing, styles make fights

Let's be real, Pac was a huge favorite in this fight. Even my little sister said Cotto was going to get destroyed. I looked at the ESPN and Yahoo polls before the fight and over 50% had Pac by knockout.

 

what are you talking about,Pac was not a huge favorite this was a 50/50 fight with Pac being the slight favorite.

I'm not giving my opinion here, I'm giving you facts. Look at the sports books. Pac was more than a 2/1 favorite in every sports book. I saw him at almost 3.5/1 in 1 book. How is it a 50/50 fight when one guy is the overwhelming favorite and when most people are picking him to win?

 

Real boxing fans knew that it would be a close fight, yet Cotto got blown out? That makes no sense. Most people picked Pacquiao in this fight. It was a great win for Pac, but it was expected. I wouldn't be surprised if he opens as the favorite against Mayweather.

I was surprise at how pac was able to take cotto's power. He took a lot of good shots from cotto and didn't go down. Anyways pac is not human cuz your not supposed to be beating welterweights when you started fighting at 106 lbs
