Tell that to Vargas, Reid, and Joppy. All victims of Cheato Trinidad and his infamous wraps.

Winky Wright also had an underrated beatdown of Trinidad. Trinidad looked like a bobblehead doll with all of those jabs rocking his head back and forth.

Watch the fight again. Cotto for sure took a beating. Tito's loss was not worse. The point is that Cotto cannot take much more abuse or he is going to retire with health issues. New trainer and team could solve the issue until he is ready to retire.

I agree....in his press conference upon his return home he said he made some errors....I think he really felt his Uncle's absence in the corner !!!

I seriously doubt Cotto will retire. I suggest going for a different trainer. Have a nice rest, get a couple of fights to really see where he's at. He's too good and a true warrior to let his career end this way.

NO1 is hating. The guy made some serious coin, had a good run as champ, and ran into hard competition. Take one or two more fights, then call it a career, and enjoy your life. Retiring financially secure at 30 isn't a bad thing.
