you idiots who keep on saying all Cotto needed to do was throw the jabs don't know boxing or are blind. The reason he stopped throwing them was because of Pac. You guys do realize there is another boxer in the ring? Pac timed those jabs and threw the looping overhand to counter Cotto's jab. His jabs was to damn slow. Sure he got a few jabs in but was eating to many power shots.

No credit to Pac. All Cotto had to do was jab and box :patsch. This is the same crap that everyone's been saying about all his fight.

THIS WAS A POINTLESS ASS POST

for starters "weight" had nothing to do with the outcome of this fight. Cotto looked ripped at the weigh in and appeared to be in the best shape of his life(thats what his camp said) The only reason Cotto's jab was effective and the first rd was close was because pacman allowed it to be. As soon as Pac started throwin combinations in the 2nd he almost KOd cotto and from that point on he dominated the fight

How come you never made a post about how much BULL **** it was that Mayweather weighed in over the 145 limit he agreed to fight at....Catch Weights are bull **** but if you agree to fight at the catch weight and then come in heavy on purpose(cuz everyone knows mayweather coulda made the weight if he tried) thats "GAY"

Give credit where credits due...Pac just beat the **** outta a very live body...Im not sayin he'll beat Mayweather but after last night im certain he'll give him a run for his money

Well I would have expected more from a so-called "Poet, Scholar and Fight fan".

    Yeah, I'm a newb. So?

I agree that Mayweather-Manny should fight at 147. No need to get your balls up in knots.

Manny is fighting at welterweight...he is now a champ at that weight. why would fighters at his weight class have to fight at a weight below the weight class? At this point he is a welterweight champ...he can fight at the weight class...

    (1) Chavez v Whittaker was at a catchweight
    (2) Leonard v Hearns 2 was at a catchweight
    (3) Pacquiao v De La Hoya was not at a catchweight
    (4) You're an idiot

Why would the fight be at 147? Its not like Floyd has a title which is what everyone was bitching about for Cotto.

People want Floyd to fight a bloated Pacquiao?
