    Pac has surpassed the great man now I'm afraid. They're about 10 spaces apart in my list.

    i still rank Arguello ahead but Manny has a great resume NOW still has alot MORE fights left and could surpass him and other legends

    arguello is head over heels above pac from 135-140n he beat and defended against the highest quality at 135 and lost to the beast pryor, hatton and cotto are nothing compared to pryor

    Fighters like Pacquiao, Hagler, Roy Jones, and Arguello are all really close to each other in an ATG sence. They all have their strengths, weaknesses and it just depends what you like in a fighter. Whether or not moving up weight classes impresses you more than successful championship defenses over a long period in a single division. Both are impressive feats. Believe it or not Arguello still has more quality wins on his resmue than Pacquiao because he has beaten more greats in their prime.

    pacquiaos lucky that there was no modern day aron pryor at 140 otherwise he'd be cleaning house at 135, if arguello fought in this era he'd beat every1 and spare no 1, however both pac and arguello both lose to mayweather

    You also have to take into consideration their level of opposition which imo should be the the most important aspect when rating a fighter.
