You say it man! I am so sorry for cotto! man but thats boxing !
He should take some time off and perhaps look for a new trainer!
He has been in too many wars! He should give his body some real rest!
Hes still young and he will come back i am pretty sure!

A world class fighter lost to an elite fighter. No shame in that. I do think Cotto needs to put Santiago in the back seat, and give a better trainer the drivers seat. I'd love to see him hook up with bother Nazim, but considering the Mosely connection that seems unlikely.

I so second this quote. Filipinos will trash talk as much as anyone, and we admit, we get annoying likewise. After is all said and done, we are humble enough to kiss and hug the enemy.

I'm just enjoying to see all these guys that lost their avatar bets! muahahaha!

Love Cotto though, no matter what happened last night, when he fights again, I'd be happy to use one of his pics for my avatar.

the guy is a true warrior and has the heart of a champion. he lost to a true ATG and there's absolutely no shame in that. it was a great fight and i'm sure he'll have many more great ones to come. he's still one of the best WW's out there. no reason to quit now! :bbb

Ive got nothing against Cotto but to say he fought with heart after say the 7th round is a bit of a stretch as after that point he just really ran away and had no intrest in engaging Pac ( he was afraid to get hit ) and at that point i think his corner should have pulled him out , As it was Bayliss saved him in the 12th 3-4 rounds later the it should have been stopped.

I must admit thow Cotto fought a good fight in the first 3 - 4 rounds but after it was very one sided and as ive stated should have been stopped much earlier he was not engaging and runnin because he knew he whould have got knocked out if he dident keep away from Pac for 2mins 30sec's of the last 4-5 rounds

Cotto showed a good account of himself. Of course no one should lay any **** on the man, he hit Manny with big shots I've never seen anyone hit Manny with.

Cotto you're still my favorite fighter due to your class, heart, and Champion mentality. When you fight the best you may win or you may lose, Unfortunately he came up short, but that's what happens when you test yourself and Cotto has nothing to be ashamed of.....I still waved my flag proudly in defeat as I did when I walked into the Ale House out here in Hollywood, Fl to watch the fight in front of a very pro Manny crowd...... Boricua as ta la Meurte!

I'd just like to add by saying Pac took his moment to shine and showed that he truly is a great/legendary fighter, and though my heart is deeply saddened that Cotto lost. It was like relieving the Margo fight all over again watching in disbelief. It was as if Cotto & Pac switched roles. My analyses of the fight like many others was correct, but the roles were reversed. I just have to give Pac full credit, when credit is due, and I can acknowledge and appreciate watching greatness and history being made right in front of my eyes.

I'm Cotto fan too just couple advise for the future move your training camp to a high altitude to improve your stamina you have the tendency to fade in late rounds second advice leave your wife and kids at home this is not Disney World too much distraction plus the agony to see you been beaten.
