No. Floyd's timing is too good. After a couple of rounds he'll do what other fighters didn't and adjust to Pacquiao's speed and timing and start to land hard counter punches.

 

don't stoop to the level of them *****s, us pac fans have to know that our hero has his hands full if it came to Floyd. It will be the biggest and toughest challenge yet but I got pac by KO in the late rounds. Speed combined with precise combos from odd angles baby!

I am a Pac fan but a sensible one. Floyd fight is a difficult fight but I simply do not care if May or Pac wins. Just give me a good fight, worth the amount that I earned through hard, honest labor to pay that damn PPV.

There are so many boxing experts in ESB!!! Damn.

I don't think you watched Pac's last 4 fights, he fought differently each time.

I also had doubts of Pac beating Floyd before. My doubt was, if Manny attcks, Floyd jabs him and stops the onslaught. From what I've seen on the Cotto/Pac fight, Floyd's jab will do nothing but make Pac more aggressive. Floyd will never be able to stop a relentless attack that Pac can bring. Floyd has never faced an attacker with equal power from both hands. Therefore, he had the luxury of setting on a defensive stance in one side. With the power from both sides, Floyd will not know which side to protect. He will not see the punches coming. He can not say I'll avoid the left punches the most because that's his strength. This time, he'll have to avoid both. Floyd had troubles fighting pressure fighters, like Hatton, DeLahoya and Collazzo. The problem for Floyd is, Pac is a much better pressure fighter than any of those guys mentioned and with alot of power. Floyd is in for for a very risky fight. He'll fight Pac eventually, but only because he won't be able to resist the big payday.

Only way Floyd can win is keep running and shoot potshots. Believe me, Fred will develop a game plan to corner him, and this time, Floyd will be forced to fight and when a toe to toe battle ensues. I have no doubt, Pac will win.
