I was beating myself up about that too. He used to be top 3 on my list. I see what you're saying. I agree he is top 30-40 but there are guys who fougt far stiffer competition and 100+ fights who deserve to be higher and his fans are so blind or boxing illiterate they dont know.

If you have Hgler there than why not Pac,i'll tell you why cause you're a jealous ***** with what the best fighter of the decade has done recently while your husband gets his chest rubbed.

old timers will always be ahead of the current fighters, but if you really look at what pac has done then it wouldn't be far fetched putting him that high. morles, marquez, barrera, hatton, cotto are all top 10 p4pers and pac did not only beat them but demolished them at weights we thought would be impossible. pac belong alongside them. 4 weight divisions in a space od a year and a half, 2 world titles 2 lineal titles and the cash king of the sport. they got demolished.

nobody gives a sh*t on a *****'s list.... you are just bitter and jealous because Pac is praised by all boxing sages for this unbelievable feat and so you have to make this stupid list to make you feel better. want some milk?

think about it. Pacquiao is the best fighter of our era, soon to be 3 time fighter of the year. Right now, as he's active, I understand its hard to put him in your top20

But i think once he retires everyone will see that its a no-brainer. At the very least he's in the discussion, right up there with guys like Pernell, Arguello, Chavez, Hagler, etc. and even above many of them.

Yeah, Langford's greatness is actually hard to wrap your head around. If a guy came out of nowhere and did what he did then today people wouldn't know what to think. It'd be like if someone beat Floyd Mayweather years ago at 130 then moved up and knocked out Wlad Klitschko today stopping along the way to take out the best guys at middle and light heavy, too.

An article on the front page suggested that Pacquiao might be better than Armstrong. No. Just ****ing no. Not head to head (though it is debatable) and nowhere close in resume or legacy. Pacquiao is in the second tier of all time greats but not close to guys like Charles, Duran, Robinson, Langford, Greb and quite a few others.

Personally I think it's premature to rank him top 20, but it's not completely insane.

I have him at 22 but the 20 - 30 range looks about right to me.

P.S You have Whitaker, Hagler and Arguello way too high!!!!

Tier is the level of all time greats. Tier one is guys like Greb, Robinson, Langford, Charles, Duran, Benny Leonard and so on. Pacquio is low end of tier two.

And please no Chavez, I seen nearly all his early fights (some on camcorder with bad quality) and he lost aboyt 10 fights that won by gifts. He lost to a lot of bums.
