There has been a lot of talk of Ward winning the Super6. I personally feel that Kessler will win this fight via late stoppage as I think his power will be too much for Ward. It's another weird matchup of styles and I can see this fight being another Cat + Mouse affair.

Also JT has said that he is going to continue and If Ward does lose to Kessler I would give JT a good shout in that fight?

    What are your thoughts?

I'll most probably be proved wrong but I don't think their styles match up well. I don't think Ward is going to want to engage too much with Kessler so it could be another cagey fight.

The one I'm looking forward to as there is no way that won't stand and trade is Froch vs Kessler. What a fight that is going to be. Toe to toe war. It will be even better if it is a unification!

I'll see you in Denmark for that 1.

Wards fans SHOULD look past Kessler, for Kessler will beat Ward either way, so they can think about Ward's next fight as well, now or later it makes no difference at all...

Ward's next fight will be a fight of two losers who each got KOd in their respective last fight, so either Taylor will manage to redeem himself in a way (he will be KOd by Kessler next, but for a time being...) or Ward will beat him too.

If it were not for the Kessler fight coming first, I'd say Ward will beat Taylor, but after Kessler softens Ward first, it will be much more even fight :)

    Nonsense thread.

You see more Kessler fans doing that than the opposite. Most Ward fans treat Kessler with the necessary respect that the leader of a division deserves, while Kessler fans treat Ward with absolutely no respect(all the while Kessler is going around from interview to interview saying how a tough a fight this will be).

None. But he's beaten a few good fighters, which is more than anyone else has done, making him the de facto leader of the smw division.

And honestly, its a little foolish to say he deserves no respect, isn't it?

There are too many people not respecting the tough job of boxing. That's too bad. I think Kessler will win but Ward is at least a very good boxer. He's serious and trains hard, same as Kessler, and has the courage to step in a ring, same as all the boxers.

I will be rooting (and picking) against Ward in the first two group stages, but cheering him on against Dirrell. :yep
