Manny gained more muscle for this fight, you can't compare that when he fought marquez and barrera.

He does isometric exercise. You don't have to lift weights to bulk. In fact if you want to maintain speed and flexibility then you don't want to lift weights.

Different kinds of muscle fibers use different amounts of oxygen and he wants to be the sort of muscle fiber that increases his speed. He builds his strength from his legs, his leg size has been increasing as hes gone up in weight and this is where his power comes from.

THIS definitely leaves room for speculation.... it's something almost unbelievable.... add that to the connection of Alex Ariza/TrevorGraham/BAlco and you begin to get a picture! Just Google it and you'll find a few things that connects them to the Balco scandal!
Anyways, impressive how Pac has gone up in weight and agility!

Steroids will increase power, but you sacrifice flexibility, and speed. Jeff Lacy with his various injuries is a candidate for steroids. When a fighter tears muscles and has a lot of injuries related to lack of flexibility thats a sign of steroids.

Manny's upper body has looked the same his entire career. Almost all his muscle is in his legs. He's not using steroids, hes just doing tones of squats to gain weight.

then why are trackstar atheletes probably the most tested of all athelets?? and in particular the sprinters? dnt they require speed? there are different types of steroids different ways of using them to increase your speed and explosiveness, there isnt just muscle building steroids for bodybuilding and things of that nature

Thats absolute rubbish. Lacy has always been very muscular. Even in his amatuer days he was well built because he's blessed with great genetics. And Lacy tore his rotator cuff which is a COMMON boxing injury. Guess why? Because boxers use there shoulders to punch! Wow! Notable names such as Holyfield and Vitali also suffered tears to their rotator cuff.

As for muscle tears indicating hormone abuse thats surely the biggest pile of hogwash iv read on these boards. I dont think i can even be bothered to explain how pathetic that assertion is.

SPECULATION is the operative word. Claims on the basis of lies, spiteful slander and baseless accusations have zero merit of ANY kind. Until Pac fails NSAC's tests for hormone abuse threads like this should be confined to the bin because of posters who know **** all about hormone abuse and have never worked out a day in their measely lives.

Mate dont waste your time. The thread of full of lifes failures.

And theres a simple phrase for what you describe. Its called muscle maturity. Thats a given as you hit the early 30's. The best BB's in the world are all in their mid to late 30's because thats when the body reaches its physical peak and your musculature is at its most dense. Thus cutting weight becomes a hard ask as the metabolism slows down. The result after time is muscle atropy unless hormones are replaced during the middle ages... Randy Couture **cough **cough

You have obviously never played sports or taken supplements let alone steroids.Steroids greatly enhance performance in terms of speed and strength. They make your muscles more explosive and have great endurance. In boxing many fighters fade towards the middle rounds and that reduces their concentration making them start take more punches. All that will be erased by using steroids because as the fight goes the better you become as a steroid user.
