In skills and accomplishments; which legend of the sport comes close to Pacquiao's skills and accomplishments?

    langford clearly surpasses him.
langford never required his 6'2" , 6'4" and 6'6" opponents to drain themselves to make a catchweight. also didn't use steroids or GH.
young peter jackson also above pac.
armstrong and barbados walcott about the same.
but pac comes close and may even surpass the rest.

Does 'the rest' include Robinson, Pep, Ross, Armstrong, Greb, Moore, Charles, Duran, Canzoneri, Leonard and Leonard, Jofre, Ali, Louis etc?
I mean, they were only tin cans in reality, in no way worthy of of licking the sweat from Pacquiao's bollocks.
