If someone is taking steroids, they do not say, "I cannot tell you what I am taking it's a secret," because then that creates suspicion that they are taking steroids. Someone on roids is always afraid of people finding out, so they do whatever they can to hide it, not create suspicion. Manny is not worried about suspicion because HE KNOWS HE ISN'T TAKING STEROIDS.

Nature's always been tampered with. It's never natural. Supplements are, in short, legalized steroids. Similarly, a pharmacist has been given the go-ahead where a crack dealer hasn't.
Supplements are an easy way for a boxer to get their nutrients without taking in lots of fats & nother unwanted food groups such as sugars. Anabolic steroids are performance enhancing drugs that give a competitor an unfair advantage that could not naturally be obtained. These are in NO WAY nono the same thing. I imagine Roach wouldn't want to give away his secrets if they have a good thing going, wouldn't really make sense.
