i was at the weigh in and the majority (and by that i mean like 95%) of pacfans do not know **** about boxing.....i did my homework and talked too many of them...the only one that even came close to knowing a little about boxing thought it was ok that soto karass came in 1 pound over....he said "yeah, in boxing you're allowed 1 pound over"........ then he went on to say that mma is taking over....i asked him about manny's career and what he thinks about who he should fight next...well the idiot said manny is all about money now and will not take on any more high risked fights after marquez......according to him, oscar, hatton and cotto were and are all bums that are there just to make manny some millions.....hahahahahaahahahaha

man, i couldn't believe this guys...but like i said, he was the only one that came close to knowing a bit about boxing......then he would cheer on every phillipino that weighed in, but as soon as we walked out, he saw me talking to nonito donair and asked me "who's that"

it was great to see the support manny gets, but really..it was and is pretty obvious that most pacfans are newbs to the sport and probably wont watch it no more when he's gone.........

pacfans were deeper, but the puerto ricans were a lot louder.....it's crazy over here.....

those so-called *******s at the weigh in were plainly there (atleast majority of them) to support manny. and we should be glad that those people, even though not experts like some people here trying to be, are spending their money to support their boxer, and watch mainstream boxing. i made a thread before on who's more important, true boxing fans or casual fans? the majority of votes is "both". but now, casual fans are being questioned with their boxing knowledge? wtf?!

Anyone who goes out on a mission or goes out on limb to gather facts or myths on *******s is someone who doesn't care about anything else in life. This guy has so much hate on *******s, everytime he sees one, his balls probably shrinks to the size of a pea. Sooner or later he'll have a nervous breakdown and die at the sight of a *******. Dude, abandon boxing and save your life. There's someone out there that loves you. Yeah, the Gayweathers will embrace you like they embrace Floyd, but then again, Floyd might fight Pac and will have to deal with *******s again. There's just no hope for you.

You know full well not all of Pacquiao's fans are like that.

Sure, there are plenty of them who don't know much about boxing. But it was the same way with De La Hoya, Mike Tyson, or any boxer who transcends the sport itself because of a variety of reasons.

As a Pacquiao fan, it irritates the hell out of me when someone asks me how he would do against Tyson. Or when "fans" ask me how Manny can have 7 titles when his first one was against Barrera (obviously this is someone who hasn't watched boxing until 2003 or later). I get it.

For the record, I've known about him since his fight at 112 against Renato Mendones, and I've been watching him since he beat Sasakul.

But you Freddy...your motives for a thread like this are clear, but face it. Deep down, you know it hurts everytime he CRUSHES his opponent in DOMINANT fashion because you hate the guy. (I think we all know why.) You've been hoping and praying for his demise, but it just doesn't come. It's like you've been making rain dances in the middle of the Mojave Desert but sadly for you, the land's still dry.

I appreciate the passion for the sport you bring to the forum, but your bias against fighters like Pacquiao really make you sound short-sighted and ridiculous at times.

so now i hate manny ???hahahahaah....manny is exactly what the sport needsand many of you *******s might not understand (understandable), but i never said i hate that he brings in fans....all i said was that it's true, most of his fans are ****en idiots....and by that i dont mean cause they're new to boxing, but because they talk so much damn ****, yet dont know a damn thing about any other fighter......one guy even told me he passes leonard by being a 7 division champ....hahahaahahahahaah when i asked him what weights he has won them in he stuttered like a sprinkler in my front lawn
