Who has the best chance at beating Pac at 147?

I only really give Williams on that list.

 

Floyd Mayweather and I believe he could pull it off, one only has to look at the ease with which he dominated marquez to realise that it's not that far fetched.

 

God.... only if he can come in at 147

 

Shane Mosley is the toughest fight for anyone at 147.

 

If Paul could make the weight then he would beat Pacquiao. Williams is like Hearns he is a giant freak with very good skills and he is a massive headache for anybody H2H.

 

i think people put to much emphasis on mosley win over margocheato. Floyd is the hardest fight at 147

I honestly dont think Floyd bought the ability to absorb punishment at the weight he in but it isnt been tested yet.
I just get a feeling he became a defensive master for a reason as he use, Brawl Box and play Defense
