I'm with you, Dude. I was calling him Superman (or The Human Typhoon) weeks before the fight.

He's gonna bust up Mayweather lips worse than he did to Cotto. You can bank on that.

I thought he would SD Oscar, and I figured he'd destroy Hatton, but I really thought Cotto would test him seriously. Which he did, for about four rounds.

I still favor Floyd, might even bet on him, but I won't really be shocked at all if Manny wins at this point. His boxing ability just gets better and better.

Or Roberto Duran, the night he beat the hell out of SRL, when Leonard was stupid enough to fight Durans Macho fight. In the 2nd fight, he was nothing more than a running ****, just like Floyd.

I cant agree, Mosley couldnt knock Cotto out.

Your counter is, well Cottos not the same since MArgo his chin is weaker (not against Clottey)

my counter to your counter is, PAC wasnt even fully planted when he put Cotto down he merely flick his right hand on the first one. Imagine if PAC landed the big uppercut he threw in rd 5 or 6

Pac is an anomaly in the system known as boxing. Logic and rules simply don't apply to him.

Just substitute Morpheus for Roach, and Neo for Pac.

"I won't lie to you, Manny. Every single man or woman who has stood their ground, every single person who has fought Mayweather has lost. But where they have failed, you will succeed."

    "Why?"

"I've seen him cherry-pick until entire gardens have been stripped bare. I've seen men empty entire clips at him and hit nothing but air. Yet his cherrypicking and his speed are still based on a sport that is built on rules; because of that, he will never be as strong or as fast as you can be."

:lol:This..^^ As hard it was for MAnny Steward. He was trying to say this.

Steward: No man in boxing history can take advantage of a split second opening like PAC.

This is why I think he gets Floyd, you can elude 9 out of 10 but that one you dont see is a gamebreaker

Pryor, Chavez, and Duran would all outbrawl Pacquoao at 135 and 140 respectively in my judgment.

From a Pacman fan, from this point on, I'll stop trying to predict how the fight's gonna go and won't doubt him ever again. He keeps bringing it in one way or another. He's so unpredictable it's ridiculous. I'll put money on him no matter who he fights. Many people never learn though.

You'd put money on Pacquiao beating Williams? Silly, silly man.

Williams doesn't even belong at 147.

That fight would never happen because Pac will never fight above 147. If PW comes down at 147, PW can be beat. So yeah, I'll bet on the Pac.

Manny is incredible in sudden and explosive exchanges because he just throws punches on instict with lightning speed and power, shots from any angle he lets em go from his ankles or shoulder and you dont see them coming!

never get into a wild exchnage with Manny every thing has to be controlled aggression.

His fight with Mayweather will tell us a lot. He's feasted on four straight opponents with no right hand and no defense. You can't forget how important styles are in regards to fights. Yeah, he looked like Superman against guys who couldn't exploit his weakness and who don't know the meaning of defense. However, he's about to go up against Lex Luthor and you better believe Lex is going to come into the ring with a whole bag of Kryptonite.
