to me, the reason why pac didn't say anything because that is not his job to negotiate deals and if he said he wanted mayweather, floyd will say "oh, he's chasing me, i don't chase anybody, all roads lead to mayweather" and demand the bigger split. have you heard mayweather call out pacquiao directly? no, because it's all politics, business and money and the person chasing the other fighter will get the smaller purse. pacquaio and floyd knows how it works, they are not dumb. once the pac/cotto pay per view sales are in, the negotiations will be made and everybody will get the fight they want.
