Im not sure Floyd even thought he would be put on that type of spot and was caught of guard.....so im not even sure he had a fair shake in that interview....on the spot questions if your not a good talker or quick thinker can cause you to stammer and become defensive and give defensive answers

true, floyd moved up and was a small man- as pac is/was and should get credit for that- i mean people dont challenge pac for not fighthing margarito and mosely like they do floyd. but look at what floyds been doing lately- i mean hes a legit welter now- and needs to fight someone his own size- thats why they have weight divisions- to make fights fair. to fight someone like marquez was a ***** move. if he dosent really consider himself a welter- then say so- dont discredit your rivals by killing their validity as fighters- and credibity as real threats. if he came out and said- u know what- im a 135- 140 fighter- i think 147 is my max- and i have to pick and choose the 147 fights i take- cos i m reaching my weight limit- people would respect that. theyd say- fair enough- he s too smal to fight these guys. but he s not. and he shouldnt. he s a legit welter- and he bags on these guys- saying hteyre not money making fights and all that garbage.

we just want a p4p champion- and a face of boxing who takes on all comers- a true warrior who fights for legacy!
LEGACY as RA said. he really could be the greatest of a whole generation- the past 20 years even- if only he fought the best- and did a good account of himself. if he at least foight mosely, margarito and so on- williams, and did ok- he would nt lose anything. he d gain something.

manny gained in statire for fighting morales and losing. had he lost to dela hoya- he wouldnt have lost a single bit of legend. but he fought the much bigger man- and won. thats what legends are made of. taking on challenges that normal men wouldnt- taking on fights that are too big. fighting someoen who ISNT your own size- but BIGGER. not picking of smaller men- and saying theyre real welters. or fighting great fighters in ricky and oscar- and then sitting on it for 4 years. its time- the sport needs it. he says the sport will die without him . it wont- while he was away- the sport was better- we didnt have any expectations that were disappointed. every time he books a fight- and its not mosely , margrito, cotto, or wiliams- im disappointed. the last time he fought somene that i was excited about was , like delahoya- and that turned out to be a chicken dela hoya he fought. and he fought well- but so defensively- it didnt inspire any thing in me. he s amazing a techincal fighter as ive ever seen. but he dosnet fight with spirit. he dosnet fight to kill his man- but to outpoint him and survive. does that mean - get hit? no - i like that he hits and dosent get hit . its masterful . but i do think he can hit much much more often . and still get away with it. doing enought just to win a round will win you belts and make you money- but it wont make you an icon.
can we think of antoher boxer that is as good as floyd, as talented- and yet who isnt as populaar or inspirational??!?!

this guy should , could - be the face of all sport- he could be up there with the kobes, the tigers, the mannings of all sport. instead he s a mid star- somewhere around the level of a terrell owens. and allt he while manny becomes a global icon - like a lebron - and he wonders why??!? and blames demographics. bull****. man.

    by the way-

RA was on the show- talking his album- the topic shifted to boxing cos they knew he was a fan- and he spoke on floyd. they then took a couple of calls- and then floyd happened to call in . it wasnt a trap as some people think. floyd called them-

    its all here:

great interview with steve kim and RA himself post floyd debate.

oh and people have been saying its good that finally someone black is calling out his choices. i dont agree with that opinion at all. but- to set it straight- RA is white.

RA said a lot of things that were true and unfortunately for Floyd, he's not used to that and had no reply. RA went a little bit off point a few times but the overall effect was Floyd looked like a *****.. which pretty much sums him up.

    Good interview.:good

Im not defending floyd im just saying that RA knows the sport of boxing but he does not know the business of boxing, yeah you can ask about other fighters but floyd knows is not up to him even though he claims he is his own boss.Listen Cotto is my Fav... fighter but im realistic and i think he will loose agaisnt floyd do i wanna see floyd fight the best hell yeah will he? we might never know...

I really want to see Cotto vs floyd that is the best match up that can be made, Pac would get killed like Jmm, floyd is that good and pac's style is perfect for floyd.

i like it when rugged says "you sound confuse floyd" and when he saids "floyd you should shut me the **** up and fight sugar shane" and when he says"pacquiao whoop oscar better then you did and hatton".and when he says "you fought him(judah) after he lost to baldomir
you put your balls on that one" floyd replies "you said baldomir wasn't ****" rugged "yea thats what i'm saying" lol

I gotta admit... I loved it! LMAO!

It was basically all the things I would love to say to Floyd... but would'nt. lol
Not as a "hater", just as a disgruntled fan.

You're GREAT Floyd,,, we know. Now go fight somebody.
Quit talking about money, and bull**** that happened in the past. Go be great!

Loved when RA says something like, "I ain't no Brian Kenny. I don't give a fk...what are you gonna do? punch me in my mouth? So what... who gives a fk?" lol.. classic!

Nobody's buying the con Floyd... except maybe Ross Greenburg.

    This was terrible analysis.

1st off I dont think that neither Mayweather or Pacquiao or scared of each other.

    Second, Mosley ducked Mayweather.

3rd, Manny Pacquiao and his trainer have talked **** about Mayweather too.
