Eddie Chambers is an all time great

I'm a big Eddie Chambers fan, but please tell me your joking. Chambers is nowhere near as good as Ali and Povetkin clearly beat him. Now if he beats Wladimir Klitschko, well he can be a potential HOF.

 

Dude.... Wlad will kill him and Povetkin fight was no robbery, it was pretty obvious that Povetkin outscored him to anyone that watched it.

 

i'd have povetkin and chambers in the same mold. both top fighters, and with some luck maybe even potential belt holders (as long as its a belt not held by a klitschko) but without the attributes to become proper champions or greats. both guys are on a B level with guys like chagaev and ibragimov. good all rounders but not much more

 

I think this is a parody of Klitscko fan thinking: "He looks great and he should have beat Byrd and Lewis..."

If Eddie unifies the division completely and defends his title 25+ times over the next decade, then he's an ATG. He's unstoppable at the moment so i see virtually no way this doesn't happen.

 

I like Fast Eddy. I think he should move down in weight like Chris Byrd did.

Uh...I like Eddie Chambers. But to say that he's made a case as an all-time great at this point is ludicrous. As ludicrous is saying he was robbed against Povetkin. He gave that fight away, when he could have won it handily. That was a very poor display, as far as the hunger you want to see a pre-title prospect having. Very poor. I don't think he'll do that again but still. Crazy post, man. Although Eddie's skill I think is superb.
