People at the bar sure couldn't tell which one was 40-0-1. Neither belonged on tv.

 

I wasn't watching the fight properly cause it sucked, but was i the only person who thought it was actually close?

 

We all know he didn't have an amature career but it is about damn time he fight someone with a pulse. 30+ pro fight is equal to 100 amature fight. By 40 pro fight you should now be ready to make a run at the top 10 guys in the weight class.

Jr is pathetic. His match had everyone at the boxing part iI was at in complete discuss with boxing. Even the casual fan can see a con job that is Jr. They were asking how he can have 40 wins, no lost, and lead up to a main event when he sucked so bad.

it is so sad to support a loser like him and real talent can't even get on espn.

I don't get why people hate Chavez Jr. so much, I don't find him interesting as a fighter so I can care less who he fights but overall he does need to step it up on the world class level.

 

he did look like trash....but come on, why bash on the kid.....it's those snakes behind him that are milking him, the kid just loves to fight and has been calling for a title shot for over a year now....not his fault his people are scheming to make a few more millions......

 

It's funny you say bakery Scar, because Jr's gloves looked like oven mitts to me. Anyway, did anyone else notice that Rowland kept backhanding Jr?

 

Horrible ****in lead in to the main event. Chavez Jr. showed his is far from being a top contender. But I don't care that he's doing this ****, just not on a major PPV like this. Or at least place him near the bottom of the ****in card.

 

I've never watched Chavez jr before (and never will) so I was pretty surprised that the Yuri Foreman fight ended up being waaaay more exciting than the Chavez fight.

I was telling my buddy as we watch Chavez "they're both landing a lot of shots on each other, why the hell is this fight so boring??"

 

Agreed. He has made little or no progress and really stunk the joint out last weekend.

 

one bad fight don't make him a bum fellaz.......
his last few were pretty good....i just feel he fights down to his opposition sometimes...which can definately hurt him
