I have him top 15 now.

Why Barrera will go to the HOF
Morales will go to the HOF
Marquez will go to the HOF
Dela Hoya will go to the HOF
Hatton will go to the HOF
Cotto may go to the HOF (not sure)

But say they all make the HOF which i believe they will
Pacman so far has wins over 5 HOF's maybe 6.

If he beats Mayweather your talking top 7-10 type ****.

Doesn't tell the full story. Morales wasn't the same fighter that got him to the hall of fame in 06. De La Hoya certainly wasn't the same fighter than will surely make him a HOF entrant, either. I also felt Marquez won both of their encounters, that said, Pacquiao is a top 30 entrant and he'd have to knock out Kelly Pavlik to overtake Robinson.

Hagler lost that fight. On the cards in myu mind. He blew it fighting right handed the opening two rounds, and the Ray won the early rounds. And Ray came back from a 3 year break. It was a great performance by Ray. I didn't put words in your mouth, but you are acting like Pacman beats Cotto (who is not an ATG or Hall of Fame fighter yet) and he gets to #2 P4P ATG from #4? Pacman is a great fighter, but all this stuff about him being top 10 ATG is a little ridiculous. Ali fought for years top contenders and superfights to get to where he is. Robinson did also and fought until the early 1960's after years of fighting. These were not just guys who fought one guy or two guys moving up and they put them in the ATG category, they put in time and fought just as good guys as Pac and better guys than his last 3. Oscar is great, but he was diminished. Hatton and Cotto are very top contenders, but Hatton was stopped badly by Mayweather (who never stops anyone it seems), and then Cotto was really beaten up by Margarito. You cannot jump Pacman on those 3 fights as much as you guys are doing, regardless of him being your favorite fighter, which apparently he is. The time to rate him ATG is years after he retires. The subjectivity goes down and people become more objective after that time.

Well he has to do something extraordinary to be top ATG ever. You must not think the past ATG fighters were any good for Manny to come up and win 3 fights and overtake them.

he'll have to find a time machine and go back to an era where you fought monthly, get 150 wins and beat at least 10 HOF fighters. other than that he'll always be behind robinson, ali, duran, armstrong and pep. and greb. and charles. though he's overtaken whitaker on my list so he's up there

I mean if he takes out Mosley/Berto, PBF, and Williams. that does it for me.

I've seen some footage of Henry Armstrong. He's my favorite. I don't know much about SRR though. Pac beating Oscar, Hatton, Cotto, Mosley/Berto, PBF, and Williams back to back would make him the best for me.

my point is this: there seems to be a double standard in regards to pac man. people are saying that pac has to accomplish feats that no one else has even accomplished. 4 example, someone was saying that pac has to win 154 and 160. that would give him 9 titles in diff divisions (and this is only one example im using). now if he wins those he has 9 titles in 9 diff divisions. did anyone else have to do that to be top atg?? no. does that seem fair??
again, that was only 1 example i used. there are a few other extreme ones on here. some just said flat out--no matter what manny does, even if he beats a hw, he'll never be #1 atg. thats like saying no matter how many championships kobe or lebron james wins', even if its 20 each, they'll never be better than michael jordan. i guess in the end, its all subjective, anyways. :goodpeace out.

It's like asking Duran to fight a prime Holyfield at 190.

If Manny beats Shane and PBF handily, if he mops up Berto. Beat spinks? 8 times?
He's already in my Top 10 All time for sure.
