EPIC's arent made out of one sided fights. jones in a coma would be a media EPIC. green saying sorry would be EPIC. a mundine quote without superlatives would be an EPIC volume of dribble.......

but if you think a green with so much respect and such a good training camp, vs jones with his attitude and lack of chin is a lay down mazare....then you have an EPIC dildo up your seppo ass.......and obviously you enjoy it!!

Roy will carry Danny for 12 rds & win a UD. They are both not what they use to be & yet are still worlds apart in boxing skills. I remember the 2nd beyer fight clearly enough to know that Greeny can't box chocolates. Beyer was as slow as a treacle & still outboxed his ears off. A faded Roy is still quicker than any version of beyer. And lets not forget what mandy did to him. Easy win for Roy but I expect it to go the distance.

You make mention of the second fight without reference to the first slaughter which ended in a ****ing disgrace...admittedly Green added to the disgrace but he was giving Beyer a towling down like no other.....

Any one else see the resemblence to Lewis V Golotta after Golotta was almost banned for life???? He came into the ring like he was scared to throw a punch in case it was a foul.

About the only thing you can take from the second Beyer fight is that Danny was walking on cockle shells in that ****s backyard knowing full well his agressive nature was to be cut down at any moment.

Anyone with half a boxing brain could see that was an unwinnable fight in Germany for Green with his unrelenting agressive style being put on the back burner.

Not my problem for greens shortcomings boxon, just stating the facts. I agree with the 1st fight scenario though, green was ripped off badly albeit he didn't help himself either.

As for the unwinnable fight in Germany, I used half of my boxing brain & remembered that Kessler certainly didn't back off the aggression when he annihilated beyer in 3 rds, just went out & finished the job.

And on Lewis/Golota, Golota realised he'd bit off more than he could chew with Lewis & the occassion, along with Lewis' power overwhelmed him that night, nothing more.

    Total horse****.

Even Green hasn't implied that he was trigger shy because of fear of being disqualified, and he's used up just about every other excuse in the book too.

So you cashed in on the juicy 4/1 odds that the experts were giving to Beyer? Didn't think so. I'm sure you, like many of us here including myself were confident in a Green win. The only difference being is that you're in the minority that clain that he was robbed in that fight.

Green underestimated Beyer and he got tactically owned. Beyer did his homework well and knew exactly how to beat Green and he did just that.

The MD decision flattered Green. If you think otherwise you're either a deluded nuthugger or are just plain ******ed.

I thought beyer was coming back well (after some blatant ****ing butts) in the first fight after he worked green out.

as for the second fight, he ****en picked green clean - the blueprint used by mundine

i bet and won a fair haul too - but didnt get 4-1 :(

    Disagree.

Beyer showed some speed in his counterpunching early in the fight that made Green cautious - he hurt Green in an early round with (I recall?) a left to the liver.

Your implication was that he was holding back in fear of being jumped upon by officials for wrong doing. No?
If not, please explain what you mean by this...
You just can't seem to grasp the fact that Danny was beaten fair and square. You have to try and convince yourself that some corruption sledge hammer was waiting to have a swing at him.

I have a complete grasp of it you ****knuckle....Green lost the fight fair and square....where have I sated otherwise.....where do you get the idea of curruption from....are you ****ing drunk........what are you on about?

IMO Green went into that fight carrying a stigma. This ****** was always going to cramp his style, whether that was controllable or unconscious ask Green. There is no way you could sit back and think otherwise...back to fight Beyer in Germany where he was robbed by a bunch of ****ing crooks telling the doctor and the ref how to end it....you truly believe there was nothing at all for Green to be concerned about?

I watched some footage of Danny Green on You Tube. He's a slow-moving, robotic bum, not even close to being in the same league as Jones, never mind in the same ring with Jones!!!

If anyone really thought Jones was going to lose this fight, they wouldn't have a contract already signed for Jones vs. Hopkins II. Danny Green is just a warm-up for Jones to stay active while promoting the REAL pay-per-view fight between Jones and Hopkins. Jones vs Green is going to be on regular TV because nobody's going to pay money to watch Jones fight a bum!!!!
