Cotto was snapping Pacquiao's head back with those jabs and counters. When Cotto got careless and got knocked down and busted up, Cotto was running for his life the rest of the fight. Being careless in the ring with Pacquiao doesn't mean he was juicing.

Pacquiao has said the shots hurt him a lot but his way of controlling the fight is to not show it, and that's why he had to stay on the ropes.
