Errol Christie. He had so much class. His fight with Kaylor was one of the best I've seen, (for pure excitment anyway)

Errol jumped the shark before Kaylor; the night he stepped in the ring with the bigger Seys, his dreams ended.

Absolutely, a combination of injuries, inactivity and staying at 130 too long have left a feeling of what could have been. Most talented boxer to come out of Scotland in years, had more potential than Scott Harrison but didnt achieve as much.

Just when he was on the verge of making some real big money fights too. Sometimes i feel sorry for him but mostly think that hes just an idiot.

Arthur still annoys me, excellent fighter who looked special at the begining but is pretty **** now and he still thinks he is going to be a 3 weight world champ. Harrison ****ed up years of hard work when he was on the brink of making millions, I wonder how those to will feel when they relise what they could have had.

i'd say bennie would know about him...
from what i remember of him at the time, and he was featured in boxing news which i read a lot, he beat stone for an aba title at welter {i think}, but got badly beaten afterwards in a european tournament....
but then he turned pro and went to america and was aparently looking great winning 3/4 fights all by ko...and then....nothing...zilctch...gone !!

I've had a check around and it appears that he is doing some coahing at his old amateur club.

    Shanny Courtenay

Grew up fighting women and men in bars then took the plunge and got her crack in the ring.

World Champion after 8 fights only to be robbed blind by the Matchroom Judges in her last fight on top of being robbed against Rachel Ball in Eh Day Earn's back garden of all places. That was totally unexpected in a desirable part of Greater London where it should be much safer than walking from Bethnal Green underground to the York Hall.

If Shanny now retires due to Mental Elf issues, then this unprecedented and unique talent will be a huge loss to the sport of boxthing.

Potential future Hall of Fame should she return and become a two time world champion.
