WHy did the Clottey fight get cancelled is what i want to know.

 

Doesnt make much sense, since Quintana and Williams may still fight sometime in the future in a rubbermatch. You typically dont hire possible opponents for sparring.

 

He thinks that since he loses semi-close decisions to good fighters that he should be making millions.

I think it's a pretty good move actually.

Quintana embarrassed Williams in the first fight, and can replicate Martinez fairly well - so why not?

There won't be a rubber match IMO...... as much as I love Williams, Quintana is owed a rubber, but it won't happen.

 

Honestly a brilliant move. Quintana IMO is better than Martinez anyhow although Martinez is faster.

 

BTW Williams needs to pull down his shorts. There almost hiked up to his chest! He looks like Urkel!

 

Smart move by team Williams to bring in Quintana who should certainly give Paul some good work. Martinez is a tricky south paw and PTP has been vulnerable to the overhand left. Nice to hear that he'll have a chance to work out some of the kinks with a quality fighter like Quintana.
