The whole world saw this fight, same as the Froch-Dirrell fight. What happened, happened and I'm just offering up the same disgust many are feeling at the Farce in Oakland.

 

European paper champs get their ass kicked and this is what we get from Euro's a bunch of whining.

Put it this way, Dirrell in only his 18th professional fight, never having gone 12 rounds, beat Froch from pillar to post and nearly KO'd him.

Andre Ward only 25, schooled the Euroboxing paper champ champion, decisively defeating him.

Now consider that, and look at the rest of the paper titlest you Euros call "champs" and realize they are lucky they can hide in Germany or wherever and not be exposed like Crotch and Kessler were on their nights

Another bad thing about this fight was they tried to fix the judges. Guess they didn't need it with the ref they had. Pathetic.

Fact is, Dirrell beat Froch and was robbed. Ward schooled Kessler and left no doubt. Cry about the head but in the 8th if you want, but the previous 8 were all Ward and barring a miracle Kessler was going to lose.

 

How is schooling Kessler pathetic. People were on here praising Kessler to be one of the best boxers out now, he was said to have amazing skill, one douche bag even said he should be P4P 1#...........Ward went in there and embarressed his ass plain and simple.

I have to be honest watching this through the holding didn't even come into my mind; I don't think it was a major factor. It wasn't really that bad, or even comparable to Dirrell. Mikkel didn't help himself by flat out refusing to fight in close.
