What question? You made a statement saying cotto is better than ANYONE floyd has EVER faced. Cotto isn't anymore proven than Chico was at the time floyd fought him. Look at who they beat and their resumes.

 

Cotto crushed Zab ?? Did you see Cotto's face after his fight with Zab ? and did you see floyd Face after he fought Zab ? Mind you they both employed the same style on zab, which was to come forward and pressure Zab and gass him out.

Floyd dissected Zab with a laser , cotto looked like he was in a life and death struggle.

Now to answer your question my point isn't that either cotto or chico are better than one another. My point either is no more proven then the other when you look at who they beat. Shane beat Margarito because margarito came straight at him.. I knew that shane had the strength to more than match Margarito.. Rumor has it that shane was benching close to 300 pound as younger at 130.. Shane is also blessed to have retained most of his hand speed, but what he has not retained his his foot speed.
Shane can no-longer close the gap on fighter who try to box at a distance, had he retained some of his foot speed, cotto would have been KOed in the later rounds while he was sucking air..
