Sorry, we were talking this morning about how Ward was lunging in against Kessler and throwing off balance shots, but because of Kesslers skill level he wasnt able to capitalize. Because of this Ward is still a green fighter who would have been KO'd doing the same against someone on the caliber of a prime B hop or RJJ. :good However I'll admit Ward was alot better then I thought he'd be. He was a vet out there and would give Dirrell hell if he doesnt grow up faster
The Kessler Ward fight reminded me a lot of the Calzage/ jeff Lacey fight. Ward just owned him and did a lot of Hopkins/Calzage type of stuff to completely throw Kessler off. Kessler could not hit or hurt Ward.

True or not (and I vote not) Kessler got his ass whooped. WHOOPED. He looked like a boy fighting a man. It's not supposed to be that way when you're the world champion with 15 more fights.

You got me wrong man. It aint about the outcome of last night's fight, I am a huge Ward fan and predicted him to win. Just some people on these forums seem blatantly biased against some fighters. Dude knows a good amount about boxing but always seems to make posts a white/black thing, otherwise he's actually pretty insightful.
