Roach has always been very involved when it comes to Pac anyways. When promoters & managers were screwing Pac left and right, it seemed that Roach was the only guy who was looking out for Pac. Roach is also very respected in the philippines, infact I read once he even has a filipina gf (dunno if thats still the case), aswell as Pac being his legacy fighter I doubt he would simply betray him like that for extra cash. As if he hasnt already been earning enough from Pac...this guy trained Tyson & Toney too, im pretty sure he has money. Also throw in the fact that he says he already has sparring partners ready, he's gonna have private training time with Pac and close the gym, he also wants camp for a minimum of 10 weeks. It seems he really is genuinely very enthusiastic about Pac's chances in this fight, if he was going in there to loose he wouldnt bother making that effort. Why close gym and go private requesting minimum of 10 weeks training if he really thinks Pac will simply just loose? I think Roach is genuine. He believe's Manny can beat ODLH and going on how much people doubt Pac's chances now and how they think Freddie is in it for the money, there would be ALOT of glory in it for Roach should Pac win. He was the one claiming what would be impossible things, if accomplished people will worship the guy just for seeing it all along.
Once again I agree with you Suge. Classless move by Roach. Roach should be backing his fighter at EVERY turn. If this continues, dont be shocked if Pac send Roach packing somewhere down the line
This is why I don't read posers post and would rather listen to the pros like Roach. Simple as........that.
the funny thing about this fight, most everyone knew DLH was way past it and will be drained but still believed he would make easy work out of Pac, nowadays its used as an excuse.
