    You're right though, maybe the deepest weightclass of all.

    The greatest of the weight classes, which is something when you look at the middleweight division for example.

    I've never understood the people who claim the middleweight division was the deepest. There's depth, but not more than a small handful of truly legendary fighters at the top.

    Not the deepest, but still quality. It just accentuates how great lightweight has been through the years.

    Just think how many good fighters from back then would have held titles today.

    Lightweight is really deep. I think it has some of teh greatest fighters of all time in it.

    In terms of the depth of it and the competiveness of teh top places i think Bantam is deeper

    i meant like you got like 40 fighters campaigning for to 20 places at Bantam

    the likes of Herrera, Rudkin etc...

    although notof the quality of some of teh Lightweights top 20

    I think you could say that about lightweight aswell...The second tier is extremely strong.
