I understand its Caribbean Latinos in all, but what about the Jamaicans, Haitians, Guyanese boxers if any. Apparently fighters with some Jamaican descent (parents) are pretty good boxers and it has been this way for a while it seems

    Lennox Lewis
Glen Johnson (actually born in Jamaica )
    Junior Witter
    David Haye
    Donovan Ruddock
    Mike McCallum (Born in Jamaica)
    Chris Eubank
    O'Neil Bell (Born in Jamaica)

You figure with the high Jamaican population in NY and FL it would be more Jamaican boxers (same applies to Puerto Ricans (it seems debatable considering them Caribbean but I could be wrong.)

Berto is actually Hatian-American and Jean Pascal parents are from Hati but came to Canada before he was born.

Cubans and Dominicans are a new thing to me

Yep, I would consider Peter " Kid Chocolate " Quillin Cuban even though he is half Cuban ( by father only ). He always represents Cuba when fighting and he always wears his Cuban flag in his fighting shorts. Quillin can also be considered " Cubano " and yes, 75 % of Cubans ( specially on the Island not in USA ) are pure Black and Mulatos ( partially Black ). Many people don't know this fact, " In the 1700's and 1800's, Cuba had the biggest population of African Slaves and was the biggest Slave trade Port, and slave masters from all countries went there to actually buy Afro-Cubans as slaves for their needs! This is why Cuba has such a " huge " African-descent population! In reality, today's Cuba is 40% pure Black, 35% Mulatos ( partially Black ) and the very small remaining percent are whites!!!
